2025-12-13Back in the 80s/90s/00s, when you visted the video shop and the films you wanted to rent were all on loan, you got to search through all the stuff you've never heard of (small independent releases/STV etc). You weren't always guaranteed a good time but every so often, you hit a gem. There just doesn't seem to be an equivalent these days. Youtube is fine, as long as you realise you're battling with a billion other videos. So when a director uses a marketing list to ask people to watch it...why not? The amount of emails I get asking me to buy things. He just wanted me to watch something...for free. And it was good! Solid story, decent acting, shot really well. Good effort!
