Only the second time I've seen this and this was the first time I've watched it all. The first time I watched it, I was 12 years old, 30 years ago tonight and really excited to see this. I watched 1 hour and 15 minutes before my brother told me I should go to bed. Annoying but as an obsessive VHS user, I was recording it so I could watch the end the day after...and Pipes had already done enough to make it difficult to sleep. The next day, I discovered my brother STOPPED the recording as he was worried it was too scary for me. I will never forgive him for this. However, I've had the DVD for years but never watched it. Always a little too scared to relive it in case it was awful. Thankfully, it's incredible and unlikely to be repeated, certainly in this medium. Amazing!
