The Plague
2025 · TMDB 6.4
Directed by Charlie Polinger
A socially awkward tween endures the ruthless hierarchy at a water polo camp, his anxiety spiraling into psychological turmoil over the summer.
Why it matters
A rare and mostly unseen British television film in which a plague of sleep spreads through a village. The infected simply stop, and the drama is in the logistics of care, quarantine and the slow exhaustion of the uninfected.
